We recently added a student via the Student Applications section on the login page. While we can see the application details in Manage Applications, the uploaded documents are not visible and cannot be viewed or downloaded.
Could you please advise on the cause of this issue and how to resolve it?

Hi @bichappa Are files uploaded in other areas of the system accessible, or is just Admissions not working? It could be related to an Apache configuration issue if you are running php-fpm (fastcgi).
