'File Not Found' Error in Gibbon V26 and Gibbon V27

One of my IT manager fixed the File Not Found
I assume that because Url Encoded Slashes and below is what I did

  1. Add AllowEncodedSlashes On to gibbon.local.conf and save.

  1. Reboot apache2 service.
