Hi @Xavier_Bit Classes are created as part of Timetable Admin > Manage Courses and Classes, and this is where you add your teachers and students to classes. In your screenshot, your Day and Period name looks a bit strange. Generally, the day name is often based on the day of the week, and the period would be the timeslot in that day (eg: Period 1, Period 2, etc, depending on how you’ve named your Timetable Column Rows).
Hi Sandra,
I found the problem, thanks for pointing it out!
I’m aware that this structure looks quite different to the expected one, but it’s the only way I could get the timetables to show up for the respective teachers, the main problem being that different classes are held during the same time period and me being unable to juggle all the associated parts or understanding how to get it working in any other way. I’m sure, down the line, I’ll see why this idea isn’t going to work and I’ll restart from square zero… which would be possibly right here.
In regards of “Manage Courses & Classes”, I did use the “Year Groups” not for a duration, but as a course description, which seemed a good idea at the time. Now I’m not so sure anymore but will try to adapt.
I laid out my problem in this post: Why can I see some timetable 'slots' but not others? - #15 by Xavier_Bit
If you would like to get a look at the setup which changed a lot in regard to the forum post, I have it life on sis.easyidiomas.net.br and the login I sent Ross some time ago is still active. Feel free to change anything around, this is just a copy.
