I’ve installed and I’m trying to configure Gibbon with some test data, but I’m unable to figure out what the Column Row Type means.
Is it just flavour? So a suggestion that it should be pastoral or sport?
Where is it shown and does it restrict anything?

The row type of Lesson gives you the blue class period. You can click the plus sign to add a lesson plan or click the class name to reveal a number of options for taking attendance for the class, etc.

The other row types: Pastoral, Sport, Break, Service, Other can potentially by used in queries etc
