Welcome email cannot be sent.

Hi there,
When created a new user, a welcome parent emial could not be sent to parent’s email address. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Beside, I’ve checked my SMTP, they are all correct and the email funciton can be used normally.

Hi Joey, if email sending works in other areas of the system, and the parent email address is valid, then this is unusual. If you go into System Admin > View Logs, you should be able to filter for “Email Send Stats” which should log any emails that failed to send from the system, and may include information in the log that gives a clue as to why it may have failed.

Hi, Sandra. There is nothing in the log. No information on it.

Also these two function - the Messanger module and Forgot Password function (sends an email) - work.
