Hi @D-drive Good question. The deprecation for the logging methods has already happened, in favor of the LogGateway class, so I’ve made a note to update those docs. These logs can be found in System Admin > View Logs. There is a filter on that page that shows the different types of logs available.
However, logging can have many different meanings. In this case, Gibbon is logging code-related events, as well as user login and failed email events. The day-by-day actions of users in the system are not logged. There are plans in a coming version to add a Data Audit system to Gibbon, which would track changes to different records in the system, to look up when something was changed and by whom, but this is a planned feature and not available yet.
Hi @D-drive At this time I don’t have an exact timeframe, but I can confirm that it is fairly high-up on my own school’s development wishlist, so I feel confident that it would likely be developed for v31 or v32, within the next year.
