What variables we can use to send messages (email) to parents or student?
Something like this does not work.
Dear {{parentTitle}} {{parentPreferredName}} {{parentSurname}},
{{studentPreferredName}}, {{studentSurname}}, {{studentOfficialName}}.

HI @calx It depends on the email template, as every context will be different, sometimes there is student/parent data, but only generally with application form emails. When editing a template, you should see an “available variables” section, and can also hover over the +7 Defaults to see what the defaults for every template are.
