V29.0.0 New Timetable Cover Layer for Teachers

Hello!
I’m hoping I’ve missed a setting somewhere. Teachers aren’t able to see the cover layer on the new timetable, but the Administrator can. Is there a specific permission I’ve missed?

Administrator View (can see a cover layer)

Seems to be disabled by default, I believe it’s the permission under Staff > My Coverage.
