V27.0.01 Application Form - accepting application

I’m providing some feedback for v27.0.01

Home > Admissions > Manage Applications > Edit Application

On the Process tab, when I check the boxes by Application Form Referee and Acceptance Email and click Submit, Parents and Reference receive a Welcome email, with no username and password. This is before accepting the application with the green check mark icon (status still Pending).

Then after an admin accepts the application, parents get another welcome email, this time with a username and password. Also, Father gets Mother’s welcome email.

Hi Tieku, this is interesting. Those options are there for office staff to use manually, after the application has been accepted, should they need to re-send either the referee or acceptance email. They’re not necessarily meant to be used before acceptance, as you’re correct, in this case the username details haven’t been generated.
