When I import a spreadsheet for basic user it comes with an error message for the primary and all roles columns. There isn’t actually anything incorrect that I can see with the column. I worked around by using the import for full user and that worked perfectly.
Hi bpotter, thanks for the heads up, can you let us know which version of Gibbon you’re using? If possible, can you share a screenshot of the error you’re seeing with the basic import? We’ll take a look to see if we can recreate the issue.
Not sure why, but it is now happening in the user full option also. So maybe I’m doing something incorrectly?

Hmm, it looks like only lines 94 and greater, perhaps you have some blank lines at the end of your CSV file? If so, you should be able to edit the CSV in any text editor and delete the lines at the end that are all commas with no data.
