Upgrade from v27 to v28. Not getting new theme colors

Hi @sandra
I upgraded a v27.0.01 site to v28.0.00. When you pick a theme color you get the v27.0.01 colors:

purple
purple1984×961 142 KB

When you select any of the new colors - Violet, Sky, Teal, this is what the site looks like:

Hi Tieku, this sounds like a browser cache issue, can you hold Shift and then click refresh in your browser window and it should refresh the page cache. Otherwise, check the System Admin > Cache Manager to help clear front-end cache for all users.
