Hi Francis,

Thank you for your kind words, I’m glad to hear you have found the forums to be welcoming and supportive.

The template builder and Reports module is new as of v19, and in many ways the available template sections are just starting to scratch the surface of what’s possible for the module to generate. Its a very flexible module, but the default templates will certainly not meet every school’s needs out of the box. That said, many community members are also learning to use it for the first time, and the documentation is still being developed, so there is understandably a learning curve to start using the module.

Creating and editing templates requires a decent knowledge of HTML and the Twig template syntax. One place to start would be to see if you have anyone in your organization who has these skills and is willing to learn about the Report templates.

Another option is commercial support via gibbonedu.com. If you would like to set up, for example, a Skype call or email conversation, to work through your issues, please let us know and we can advise on pricing.

Hope this helps!
