When i try to use the import/export option of the staff coverage i get this error “Invalid field gibbonStaffCoverageID
There was an error reading the file staffCoverage.”

We’re just back from summer break here in HK and catching up on forum posts, thanks for your patience. Was there already an absence in the system for the date the coverage was being imported for? If you’re able to share a copy of the first few lines of your import file with any private data removed, I can certainly take a look and test this out.
