Submission Emails are not sending at all

Hello all,

I tried to follow the previous post about admissions emails not sending (this one here ), and I tried both the student email (labeled as ‘email’) and the parent email (labeled as ‘parent1email’) and they are not sending application submission emails. My SMTP mail connection works fine and I am able to send test emails perfectly fine. We are also on Gibbon 28.0.01. What do we do from here?

Adding some extra context
The flags are on in the form builder but get a error on the application submit screen.
Is there somewhere we can trace the error log?
Not seeing a mail.error file on the server
