Our current school year started in September last and it will end in June this year.
I created upcoming year. And terms to. Classes (Form Group) to.
I copied Form builder from previous year.
Students are able to signup. Works great. I am able to accept them and enroll them. Works great. But when i select upcoming year no student in classes( Form Group). Only few students shop in classes.
Btw. Every school year we have a different students. We do not use rollover.
Any idea or suggestion what could be a problem.

Hi @calx I wonder, when you copied the form from year to year, if you have “Enable Limited Years of Entry” turned on, did you update the school year that the form was targeted at, using “Available Years of Entry”
Hi @calx When you are looking at the future year, are you using the Year Switcher on the dashboard to switch years? It is possible that the students have been enrolled in your system as Expected rather than Full since it’s an upcoming year, so the non-full students may have been enrolled correctly but won’t show up unless you use the All Student checkboxes on various pages. You could check by looking at a name for one of those upcoming students and checking the status of that student in User Admin > Manage Users.

When i switch to future year (2025-26) some students have status expected. some full. (see attached screenshot)
Is it possible to automatically set status to full when i enroll to future year?
