Hey folks! some of my newly imported student is not appear on the form groups.
After I check the student enrollment, it seems that the student is reaching end date on 30 june 2023. Is there any way to revert this?
I try to delete the enrollment and re enroll, but it still same. Any help or insight would be really appreciated
Found the solution, I should change every user end date in user admin. But, in my case I just using my phpmyadmin to query all that student and set the dateEnd to null
Hi @mikaeldiok Glad to hear you found the solution. Yes, the end date and start dates, as well as the overall user status, are attached to the user rather than the student enrolment.
