Staff Application Processing

Hi,

I’ve set up public staff application forms on the home page, and I’m able to successfully submit applications for multiple open roles.

After testing out submitting an application, I get a notification saying that an application was submitted on my admin account.

But when I click the action button, I get redirected to a page saying “You do not have access to this action”.

I feel like I’ve looked all over the UI for a setting that would allow me to handle the staff application process, but I cant seem to find anything that gives me the permissions. I’d really appreciate any help in getting this resolved as we’d like to start gathering applications for some of our open roles.

If it makes any difference, I’m running Gibbon v27.0.01, PHP 8.3.12, and MySQL 8.0.40.

Found the setting. I had to go to User Admin → Manage Permissions, and then add permissions to Application Form in the Staff module

Hi @akm, thank you for sharing your solution, it’s strange that this permission wasn’t on for the Administrator role by default, I’ll check the installation settings. Thanks!
