snaps showing success but not showing up
Can you check to ensure that your system has write access to your snapshots directory? Then, check your PHP logs to see if there are any errors, as running this command requires your web root users (often www-data on Ubuntu systems) to be able to run the mysqldump command as well as to execute commands via PHP.
i have all the correct right access
i moved from a vps to a dedicated server, im not sure what is really causing the issues
