Sibling Application

We are having an issue with sibling applications. Page 3 (which is our family information) is not showing the data and is not letting us go on to the next page. All of the information on this page is set to be pre-filled. I am not understanding why it isn’t showing the pre-filled info and what is causing the error.
I submitted my eldest daughter’s application yesterday with no issue. Today I logged in and went to admissions to fill out a new application. I went to fill in my youngest daughter’s information but I cannot complete the form.

Is there a setting I am missing that allows for multiple applications in one family?
