Set Language before Login

Hello Gibbon-Team,

its me again! Im almost done with the german translation for gibbon.

Is there a way to change the language of the Mainsite/Online Forms to german (before you log in)?
Note: That part is already translated in my po data.

Woops.
I changed the default language in “manage languages”. Now its working.
