Sending reports to students via email

I take it that reports can be configured to send to students. I have enabled two options in permissions:

• View Past Reports
• View Reports_mine

How can I enable the option to send to students via email from the Reports > Send Reports? Currently, for a report that has a Go Live date and generated final reports, I see a list of reports, but only the parent email field is shown, not the student email. Is there an option somewhere to enable sending to students?

Hi @dcowens76 In the Send Reports tool, there should be a dropdown for the bulk action that offers two choices, which each link to a different Email Template, so you can customize the wording for each email:

Thank you for replying, Sandra. Unfortunately, there is no drop-down menu. This is what I see:

Hi @dcowens76, when you click the checkbox to select which users to send to, you should see the bulk-action dropdown then.

Interesting, this looks like an edge case that the script hasn’t accounted for. It looks like the checkboxes aren’t available because there are no valid parent email addresses, but that also prevents the option to select and send to the students. I’ll have a look at this and work on a fix.
