Hello! Our reports have been generated, I have already selected the option to send to those responsible, but they are not receiving the reports.
Hi karolina, welcome to the forums. Are you able to share which version of Gibbon you’re using and which versions of PHP and MySQL.
Are you using the Send Reports option in Assess > Reports? Are other emails from your system working as expected? You can test this particular email using the System Admin > Email Templates page and choosing the “send a test email” option with the Send Reports to Parents template.

Gibbon Version: v27.0.01
PHP Version: 8.0.30
MySQL Version: 11.2.5.
I have already sent the test email, but I still haven’t received anything. The reports appear as sent on my end, but none of the parents received them.
Yes, I am sending it through Assess > Send Reports. This is the only contact we have via email with the families through Gibbon.
Hi @karolina If you’re not receiving the test email either, it sounds like your system may not have a mail server setup or configured. Some servers do not have a mail server installed by default, so you may need to install something like sendmail on your server, or setup an SMTP mailer in System Admin > Third Party Settings.
