Hi Jethro, there does not seem to be a file attached: perhaps it was too big for the forum to accept? Ross.

Hi Jethro, these forums are maintained by volunteers, and while we’re happy to lend assistance, we don’t have the capacity to provide videos on-demand for forum questions. As a note, the more details you provide about your problem, the easier it is for us to assist you.
The issue you’re seeing with Scan Asset Directory is often related to your server setup, and can occur if the file permissions in your system aren’t allowing the server to view files in that directory. The first step is often to double-check the file permissions on the modules/Reports/templates folder. If the server does not have access to see these files then perhaps this is why the scan assets is not working. Something like 0755 or 0750 generally works well.
Sandra Good morning, thank you for the quick response. Ok, I will check and get back to you.
