Roll Group is set as AllAdult by default when we try to rollover students

Hello Team,

We just did the rollover for our school system, however, when we proceed with the rollover, it turns out the roll status for either students or parents are by default "AllAdult. We follow all steps from rollover documentation and are not sure what causes this problem. Does anyone encounter the same problem before and is there any way we can update those students’ status to “AllStudents”?

Hi Sebrina, I’m not quite sure what you mean by AllAdult and AllStudent in the context of rollovers, as these aren’t terms I’m familiar with seeing in the rollover interface. Unfortunately, it looks like your screenshot may have accidentally been from something else? Are you able to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing in the rollover screen (with any personal information blanked out)
