Hello Team,
We just did the rollover for our school system, however, when we proceed with the rollover, it turns out the roll status for either students or parents are by default "AllAdult. We follow all steps from rollover documentation and are not sure what causes this problem. Does anyone encounter the same problem before and is there any way we can update those students’ status to “AllStudents”?
