Hi Gibbon (users),
A student who was enrolled in our Free Learning course last year, wants to have a look again at the work he has done at that time. Obviously, the class of last year is no longer active (replaced by the current class), yet none of student accounts or work have been deleted. When this student logs on to Gibbon, there are ‘no records to display’, so he cannot access his work from last year.
Any ideas how we can give him access again?
