A limitation has been identified in the administrator profile assigned to Ms. Beatriz Franco, Director for Colombia, as she currently does not have access to view all schedules corresponding to both students and staff members.
Additionally, the main issue is that, when attempting to review certain information and different sections within the platform, the system does not allow her to view specific content, even though she holds exactly the same administrative role and permission level as other profiles that do have access to those functions.
The access difference is coming from the specific permissions assigned to Ms. Beatriz Franco’s profile, rather than the role. In Gibbon, two users can share the same admin role name but still have different module access, scope, or view permissions, which would explain why she cannot see all schedules or some sections of the platform.
