Hello gurus!
January is report writing time here. We had a student who left our school at Christmas, but we are still legally required to supply a Semester 1 report for them as they attended the majority of the semester. As they have been marked as left in Gibbon, they no longer appear in class list memberships. How can I allow teachers to write a report for this student?

You should still be able to write reports both for students who have left the class (enrolment) as well as those who have a “left” student status. As long as the student is not simply deleted from the class list, they will still show in the reports, just hidden!
The double “left” status here indicates the student has both been withdrawn from the course and has status set to “left” for enrolment.
