Hi,
I am trying to scan assets directories to get the assets to appear but when I click on the scan button it says that the gibbons have escaped. It could be something to do with not having permission for the folders it requires but I am not sure how to give permission. I am using xampp on a windows pc as my gibbon host.
Can anyone help me with this?

Hi @Hamziatcha Hmm, it could be an xampp related issue that we’ve not seen yet. After you see the “gibbons escaped” message, this indicates a PHP error of some kind. Can you go into your PHP error logs and check for the most recent Reports-related error, as this can help indicate what the issue might be, then share the error message here (with any IP or path data removed)
