I am trying to work out who has the access to approve an edit done to a comment by a proof reader in report. We are writing our end of term reports and people have proof read and made edits. However these need to be accepted by originator??
Hello, the best approach here is to go to Assess > Reports > Send Notifications. This allows you to issue notifications for all outstanding proof reading checks, prompting those people who have edits to accept. These notifications are not issued automatically, as it can be rather dispiriting and distracting to receive a massive deluge of notifications, one per comment.
