Problems with accentuation

Hi

Some fields of the systems do not work the accentuation. At the time of saving to the Database, it does not accentuate correctly.

Hi Alessandra, the É you’re seeing in the exported data is a valid HTML representation of the accented letter. Any field with raw text will convert the encoding of text into HTML entities for security purposes. When it is pulled back out of the database, the encoding is converted again based on where it is being used in the system. Are you seeing areas outside the database where the É is displaying raw values and not the accented character?
