Preferred Name to Middle Name

Hello Everyone,

I have installed Gibbon school setup on windows with XAMPP. It’s working very well. But I want to change preferred name to middle name everywhere and in all profiles or forms I want to display name as first name + surname. I tried string replacement, it worked, but only on add user form.

Welcome to the community! To display a name in the format First Name + Surname, we recommend entering the first name in the Preferred Name field, as this is the format used throughout Gibbon.
You can include the middle name as part of the First Name field.

Example (for a student named John Maier Smith):
Surname: Smith
First Name: John Maier
Preferred Name: John
Official Name: John Maier Smith
