Hi All

Is it possible to set up the time table so that a group of students attend only 1 week in 4

If so can you give me some directions please.

Hi Martin,

You can use Exceptions in the timetable, allowing you to say which classes in the timetable cycle these students don’t come in for.

Either that, or you can set up the days that they do and don’t come in as separate classes within the same course.

How do I do that when it’s not the same every week?

Hi Martin,

So, you might have Monday Week 1, Monday Week 2, Monday Week 3, etc, defined in Manage Timetables. Then, under Tie Days to Dates, you then put the relevant days into the relevant dates to get the result you want.
