My school is thinking of switching to Gibbon. In the finance section I know the PayPal api is available. Can this be used to setup a direct debit from parents in the same way people pay their electric bill?

Hi @pmctear Currently this is not an available option. For security purposes, Gibbon doesn’t store any user payment details that would be required for automatic or ongoing payments, it only provides options one-time payments of invoices using an available gateway such as PayPal or Stripe. Currently, you can issue an invoice, and parents will receive an email with a link that they can use to pay the invoice with. Hope this helps.
