What generally are the options Gibbon provides for parents to communicate with the school administration, and teachers? Messenger?

Hi Tieku, the Messenger module is primarily designed for outward communication from the school to parents. There isn’t necessarily a system for parents to communicate to the school, as Gibbon isn’t necessarily messaging software, and many schools likely have communication channels in place for this. I suppose one could use the Help Desk module if they wanted a place for parents to submit requests and track them that way…

Thanks Sandra. Help Desk sounds like a good way to go. And in a limited way perhaps Meet The Teacher can let parents schedule appointments/meetings with teachers.
