Hello, I would like to know if there is a booking function so that we could setup times lots for parents to make booking with teachers during our parents day. Thank you.
Hi Henrique, there isn’t a booking system for parent days built into Gibbon, as the scope and complexity of such a system would be far too much to fit into Gibbon and be reasonably robust and well maintained. However, for this reason, we have worked with a developer to create an integration with the external Meet The Teacher platform. It’s important to note that MTT is a paid platform run by a third-part company (not us), however the module to help sync with Gibbon can be found for free on our Extend page. I have used MTT with a handful of schools and it works quite well for managing all aspects of booking parent-teacher conferences and events. Hope this helps!
