Parent notification email after application form submission

I am testing admission form submissions for a new Gibbon installation and I’ve noticed it’s the student email that receives the email confirmation. For my school, its the parents that actually fill out the admission forms. Is it possible to change the recipient of the confirmation to parent/guardian? or both?

Hi @elkiyingi That’s unusual to hear, as it is designed to send the confirmation to the parent. Are you able to check the data you tested with? Also, please let us know which version of Gibbon you’re using and if you’re using the new or old admissions system (the new one goes through Form Builder). When accepting the form there is an option to send the acceptance to either or both parent and student, but when submitting the form the confirmation should be going to the parent. Thanks.
