Online Fee Payment

Hi Ross,
In the System Admin, we have set the Paypal option as ‘Y’ but we can’t see any option for online payment of Fees in parent login. How do parent pay the fee online using Paypal?

Rakesh, you use the Finance module to issue the invoices: they are sent by email, and parents can pay securely via Gibbon without logging in. At the moment there is no interface for parents to check invoices. If you set up your PayPal details in System Admin, you also need to turn on payment in the Finance module’s settings in School Admin.

If you don’t set up the gateway, you can still set up invoices, and just let parents by by cheque, bank transfer, etc.
