Normalization of two options with the same function

After reviewing the system, an inconsistency has been identified regarding the existence of two similar pages:

• ADMIN > Manage Establishment > Manage Special Days
• ADMIN > Schedule > Match Days with Dates

The first option allows the management of activities not directly related to foundation classes, which are later reflected in the second option.

After carefully evaluating the functionality of both sections, it is considered that this duplication should not exist, as it creates confusion in the management of the system, especially for new administrators.

The first module allows administrators to include days when there are no scheduled classes, such as SCHOOL CLOSURES, or SCHEDULE CHANGES by registering the classes assigned for that specific day.

On the other hand, when accessing ADMIN > Schedule > Match Days with Dates, it can be observed that this option loads information directly from ADMIN > Manage Schedule > Manage Schedules > Edit Schedules.

This does not seem consistent, since the option ADMIN > Manage Establishment > Manage Special Days would make the “SCHEDULE CHANGE” function redundant.

For this reason, it is suggested that the management be consolidated into a single calendar, from which all options can be administered, thus avoiding the need to modify information across different sections in order to complete the annual schedule.
