New Issues - Can't Login

Ok - I cleared cache/cookies and successfully restarted installation (my previous post from today). Everything seemed to go smoothly when I installed and I am now at the Gibbon login page, however when I enter the credentials I created during installation, i am redirected to a 404 page not found error on my own website… what’s next?

Here’s the error report:

[Wed Jan 08 19:33:04.039220 2025] [autoindex:error] [pid 24842] [client 50.251.236.77:0] AH01276: Cannot serve directory /nas/content/live/prlcpreschool/Gibbon/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html,index.cgi,index.pl,index.php,index.xhtml,index.htm) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive

[Wed Jan 08 19:33:40.212902 2025] [autoindex:error] [pid 25162] [client 50.251.236.77:0] AH01276: Cannot serve directory /nas/content/live/prlcpreschool/Gibbon/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html,index.cgi,index.pl,index.php,index.xhtml,index.htm) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive

What next?

Hi @prlcpreschool This is odd, and seems to indicate that Gibbon isn’t installed at the baseURL that has been set during installation. From your previous post, I notice the path /nas/content/live/prlcpreschool/Gibbon/GibbonEduCore-InstallBundle suggests you’ve added a directory called GibbonEduCore-InstallBundle to your server, which is unusual. Generally, you’d extract and upload the contents of the zip folder, rather than the folder itself. It could mean that your Gibbon install is now located inside a sub-directory which doesn’t match what the database has recorded during installation. Can you check the exact path of your index.php file in your Gibbon installation and compare it to the path that we are seeing in the error message?
