N/A checkbox for Parents’ Personal Documents field

Hi @sandra ,

Kindly investigate this for me. When I place the Personal Documents field for Parent 1 on the application form page, the N/A checkbox works (hides the field). When I add the Personal Documents field for Parent 2, the N/A checkbox works for Parent 2 and stops working for Parent 1.
