Hello, I am currently not able to install the Helpdesk module due to the error ‘Incorrect Filename or Manifest’. The module is called helpdesk-1.1.00 and I believe it should be something like Helpdesk however the system does not accept this. I believe other users have had the same problem.
Update: After searching through the manifest.php file I found that the name is Help Desk. May I suggest changing the download to this name to help users install it?

Ray, do you want to put your files in a sub folder called Help Desk, as per most of the other additional modules? Might help newcomers to get it installed.
