Microsoft Integration


I’m having a issue after integrated Microsoft SSO to Gibbon, after I tried to log in with MS account, I got error “Username does not exist” found in System admin - view logs. What should I do?


Found this in Sandra’s previous post, I guess this integration doesn’t automatically create accounts for users in Microsoft Entra?

Hi Tony,
The user needs to be created in Gibbon with the same email that is registered in Entra before they can sign in via SSO. There’s no automatic provisioning of accounts, as far as I can tell. I’m hoping they can implement it in a future release.

There is a user import feature that you can use for a bulk import of your Entra users.
