Message Failutre

We have recently migrated Gibbon to a new server & URL. Since then I keep getting this error message when I send to staff.

Does email sending work to non-staff? Parent? Students?

This keeps happening when sending to parents & staff.

Also getting long delays between sending and receving messages through Gibbon. Between 10 and 20 minutes.


I am guessing this is to do with the way your server is set up to deal with outgoing email. In v13 we are introducing some settings that let you use SMTP for authenticated sending, either on your server or another server (such as one associated with Google’s G Suite). Are you able to hold on for v13, which is due on January 20th?
