A teacher has said the markbook for one of their classes has disappeared from when she entered it about a month ago and entered one assignement.

You could check the database if those columns still exist.

Hi Brian, feel free to send me an email with the details (the school, teacher name, class name) and I can see if we have a backup that can help restore this data. Markbook data doesn’t tend to disappear, so it may have not been submitted properly, in which case there’s nothing we can do to restore it.
