Markbook export

Hi,
I’ve exported one of the teachers’ markbooks to excel but the output file shows all scores incorrectly. What could be the issue?

Excel output

Hi @Dechen It looks like this is in Excel rather than Gibbon. Please check the formatting for your spreadsheet, it looks like Excel is automatically rounding the decimal numbers. I think there is a setting somewhere to turn off automatic formatting in Excel.

Hi,
Excel does round the numbers up, but so do numbers on Mac. I’ve tested the export on another computer. It did the same thing. It would be difficult to ask each user to change their settings in excel or numbers (some are not very computer literate). I assume it might be difficult for these columns to be exported as text at the time of export or is there a way of changing this setting? Maybe export to pdf could be added? It would be much appreciated.
Thank you

@sandra @tiekubd Hi, I would appreciate your response. I would like to upload results from previous years and terms onto the system using MarkbookEntry spreadsheet. But aside from years I am not able to specify which term the results would adhere to. Please could you let me know how to go about it?
