Markbook Enter marks: There are no records to display.

When i click on the enter mark button to input data, i got an error- there are no records to display

can anyone help? Am using V20

Hi Dennis,

This is one of the older parts of the system, which has yet to be modernised. Looking at the code, it seems that the student query on each page works slightly differently. With that said, this is not an issue we’ve seen before, and so I wonder if it is to do with MySQL server config.

Are you PHP error logs showing any errors when you load the data entry screen? This would be really useful to know.

Thanks for your response. I was able to figure out the problem. When I imported student enrolment the matter was resolved.
