Good day. Is there a way to limit the visibility of a student’s Behavior Records only to the teacher who encoded it, and to Administrators? Or if this is not possible, where can we encode sensitive information that not all teachers should see. Thanks in advance.
Hi Richard, Gibbon does not actually offer this level of control over behaviour records, nor Student Notes. Our feeling has always been that anything so sensitive that other teachers within a school cannot see it should most likely be filed on paper and locked up, rather than digitised. I can see arguments why you might want to digitise and share within a small group…but it’s not currently possible. Sorry!
