Issue with blank application for student enrollment

When we enroll students via People …>Students…> Manage Applications…> and add a blank application form . It does all the work correctly except it sets “familySync” of gibbonFamily table to NULL . and upon checking data admin…> Manage Records it shows duplicate values for gibbonFamily and Shows familySync is missing .

How we can correct this behavior.

The familySync value is only used for connecting families together via the importer. If you create an application form manually with Manage Applications > Add, or receive one through the online application form, Gibbon will generate the internal family ID and connect the family members automatically when the application form is accepted, without the need for a familySync value.
