Hi Lorenz, yes there is a Budget Cycle system that you can set up based on your terms, and issue invoices during each cycle. You can also create separate fees for your terms, and use those fees when creating invoices for that cycle. Hope this helps!

I have set up the budget cycle, the fee structure and am able to issue invoices. But how do I record payments? Apparently, there’s should be a link in the finance section, but I can only see the sections for Billind and Expanses.
Hi Lorenz, my apologies, given how little I use this part of Gibbon, I may have conflated two different areas, student invoicing and internal budget cycles. I believe the area you’re looking for is Billing Schedules for students (and not Budget Cycles, which are for tracking internal budgets and spending). For Billing Schedules, you can set up start and end dates, and use these to issue and track your invoices. When an invoice has been issued, your finance administrators can either note the payment manually, or if you have an online payment gateway like Stripe or PayPal, the parents can pay online.
