Hi!
We are getting ready to import the students and we have some internal observations on our Excel sheet. Most of them are just short, pending topics. Mostly one-liners for internal use which we would like to preserve connected to the students history.
It seems I can’t find a field on the the User Admin > Manage Users and if I export a student template there is no specific field.
Is this just really well hidden or am I getting blind? 
Hm… Obviously we aren’t the only ones having internal notes attached to students but it seems my question isn’t easy to respond to?
I would like to avoid us going back to external Excel sheets or Post-It’s and continue consolidating all at the info at the same place.
Your help, tips and tricks would be highly appreciated!
I’m still not clear how to solve this problem. Anybody got an idea or is it just not possible?
Hi @Xavier_Bit Currently, Gibbon allows you to store student observations as internal notes, which are linked to each student’s history. These notes can be accessed by navigating to Students > View Student Profiles, under the Notes subsection. Additionally, you can add internal notes for a student on the same page. All notes are saved in the database table named gibbonStudentNote. I hope that helps!

Can I import those notes when using ‘System Admin > Import From File’? I don’t get this field when I export the template.
Hi @Xavier_Bit Yes, you can import these notes. Please navigate to System Admin > Import from File, then scroll down to find the Students section and use the “Student Notes” importer to import these notes into the database. You might have to modify your data sheet to match the fields required by the importer. Thanks!
